The Akira clan

Name: Akira
Kekkei Genkai: Chakra Concealment. Their kekkai genkai allows them to obtain special control over their chakra. They can compress and conceal their chakra completely for a certain period of time. The better their control, the longer they can keep it concealed. Further mastery over this skill can allow them to control how much chakra they want to conceal. If one obtained complete mastery, they could make an S rank amount of chakra levels appear as a mere D rank chakra level. For each level of rank they obtain, they can hide their chakra by one more additional rank. They cannot make their chakra appear more than their current amount; meaning that if they only have enough chakra for D rank moves even though they are S rank, they cannot appear to have a B rank level chakra. (Which is only common sense.) They can use jutsu, however, though they must be two ranks below their current rank. This is because they require a constant control over their chakra to conceal and compress their chakra. Jutsu closer to their rank will require a higher level of difficulty to control, thus causing interference with their kekkai genkai and canceling it out.
D rank can hide their chakra completely.
C rank can hide their chakra to a D rank level or below.
B rank can hide their chakra to a C rank level or below.
A rank can hide their chakra to a B rank level or below.
S rank can hide their chakra to a A rank level or below.

Secret Clan Jutsu:

History: The clan was founded by a team of ANBU within Konohagakure. They excelled at espionage and stealth which lead to the development of this bloodline. Though the kekkai genkai originated as a jutsu technique, it was merely a form of advanced chakra control. They mastered the technique, polished it off, and eventually became able to perform it at will. Their aptitude for chakra control was passed down to their children and were eventually taught this same technique. They were taught, trained, and tutored from a young age and became ninja as well. They eventually learned use the technique to its fullest potential as their parents did and they polished the technique even further. Once they had children, they too passed down their aptitude for chakra control and taught their children the same technique. This was how the group slowly became a clan. Their children continued the cycle of further polishing the technique and passing it on to their descendants until it eventually became a cherished jewel. Their descendants realized how the value and history of this simple technique and were brought together to form a bond of kinship. This ultimately lead to the official creation of the Akira clan. The apparent founder of the clan was named Akira, Hashiro. He was the man who tracked down the descendants of the original creators of the technique and brought them together. The Akira clan continued on for generations while passing down the same clan technique until eventually it became a part of their blood. One descendant was able to learn the technique on his own at an early stage in his life and he too mastered it. The descendants after him soon began to acquire the same ability and mastered its use until eventually they were born with it. The technique soon turned into a natural instinct within the clan as they were born with the ability to control and conceal their chakra. Though this ability required training before being able to fully use, it became an ability that passed through their blood, a kekkai genkai. The clan has continued to thrive until present day and is constantly expanding and improving.
