Name: Take Clan/一族の竹
Kekkei Genkai: Bamboo Manipulation/Element/竹要素- Ninja who are part of this clan have the ability to manipulate bamboo/Kusaton Element. The elemental affiliations with this technique are doton and suiton as these two associate the best with bamboo. This clan was a descendant of a clan that was known for its ability to manipulate wood. No other clan, not even plant clans, can manipulate bamboo as well as the Take Clan can. Those who manipulate bamboo are able to manipulate it in ways man can and can not use it, and also, some members of the clan (3/10) can manipulate their body with the bamboo. This clan's ultimate weakness is raiton chakra, technique, clans, ect.

Name: Take Shūto No Jutsu~Bamboo Shoot Technique

Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals and then stick his arm out. Upon sticking his arm out, bamboo shoots will shoot vertically towards the target from the left or right side of the user. These bamboo shoots are capable of puncturing and/or blocking an attack C rank and below.

Name: Take No Kumo No Su~Bamboo Web Jutsu

Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Kusaton
Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the technique. Bamboo shoots will rise around the target and by the use of manipulation, the bamboo will bend and restrain the target, binding them. At C-rank, this can restrain your average human/ninja, and summons below C-rank, and the higher up you go in the chakra used for the jutsu, the stronger the technique. For example, if used a S-rank, it can withstand a S-rank technique, a S-rank summon.

Name: Take Bokkusu-Jutsu~Bamboo Box Jutsu

Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. Several shoots of bamboo, about ten feet tall, will shoot up around the user/target, extending and bending to create a thick, powerful defensive box around the user/target. This box can be used to defend oneself and comrades, or trap an opponent/target.

Name: Take Hausu-Jutsu~Bamboo House Jutsu

Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. Hundreds of bamboo plants will shoot from the ground, bending, converging, merging, to form a house. This house is like your normal house with rooms, doors, ect. However, it hardly has an furniture to any at all. This house is about thirty feet tall, and fifty feet wide. This jutsu lasts a whole topic.

Name: Bamboo Forest Jutsu
Rank: A-S
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Kusaton
Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. This is probably the most powerful, and useful jutsu to the Take Clan. Thousands of bamboo plants, ranging from 6ft-13ft. will cover a 100ft circumference around them. The user of the jutsu can freely manipulate the bamboo around them. The other thing that is unique about this jutsu is that, if the target is in/enters the area of bamboo, the user of the technique will be able to tell where they are in the bamboo frenzy. This technique lasts 7-10 posts, depending on how much chakra is left.

Name: Take No Kenpō~ Bamboo Fist Technique

Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. Special clansmen that have the ability to merge their bodies with the kusaton element can manipulate their fist into bamboo that has been bended and formed into the shape of a fist. The strength of this jutsu/fist is able to punch a hole through concrete at B rank, and crack concrete at C rank, as this is an example of its power.

Name: Great Bamboo Wall Technique

Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. Thousands of bamboo plants will shoot from the ground, rising to about 100ft. and together, start to merge and bend into one another to create a large, powerful wall. This wall can withstand the attack of a S-rank jutsu/summon for one post, but can withstand attacks under it for many (about 6 for C rank, 4 for B rank, and 2 for A-rank) To create this wall, it will require about half the users chakra.

Name: Bamboo Clone Technique

Element: Kusaton
Description: The user will do the necessary hand seals to utilize the jutsu. A few large bamboo shoots will shoot up to the users height and start to copy the appearance of the user. It takes one post for one clone to be completed. Each clone can withstand 4 C-rank jutsu before they are destroyed, and 1 B-rank jutsu. However, the details of the jutsu also decide whether its destroyed or not. Also, these clones can last 5 posts and use up to two jutsu from the chakra they were formed from. For each clone made the user must pay a B-rank amount of chakra.

History: The Take Clan was introduced to Kumogakure during the beginning of the Shinobi World, after the Sage of Six Paths passed, and his sons took their separate ways. One of these sons, the youngest, created a legacy out of good which came to be known as the Senju Clan. This clan manipulated wood and used the Mokuton element. They possessed a great power in which would help be the building blocks of the newly forming world. From this clan, a young man named Senju, Take broke off from the clan with his family and a few others to start their own legacy. This man soon became known as the founder of the Take Clan.

Senju, Take and his group moved to the mountains of Kumogakure in which they would soon be one of the many starting settlements of the Village Hidden in the Clouds. Soon, the clan used its knowledge on the Senju clan to start manipulating Bamboo, and soon, the clan's mokuton element was replaced by the newly found kusaton element, and the clan was named after its leader, Take. After about twenty years, one generation of Take members were coming onto the horizon, and they would help form the physical village of Kumogakure.

Today, the clan has been in existence for over 600 years and has been a loyal clan to Kumogakure, and Kumogakure only. This clan has no member and nothing else like it anywhere in the world. The clan is also known for its high knowledge on medical ninjutsu as it the Take Clan has developed abilities using its manipulation of Bamboo for medical ninjutsu, however, only medical ninjutsu can truly use medical techniques that involve the bamboo. The Clan leader is currently Take, Demo.


[I would like this clan only to be available to Kumogakure, also, this clan's limit is 10 members, and only 3 may be able to merge Kusaton/Bamboo with their bodies, such as Yamato/The First Hokage could in Naruto. My character is one of the three, so two spots are left open for that.]
