Swift Release;Jinton. Swift Release is a natural ability, allowing Clansmen to move at very high speeds, or make objects move at high speeds. It's believed that the Jinsoku created the Shunshin Jutsu, as part of their name is rooted in the technique, and then other nations attempted to replicate the feat through chakra. However its true strength can only be maximized by someone of the Jinsoku clan.

By infusing Swift Release with an object, the user can throw it at a greatly accelerated speed; making a kunai or an arrow extremely good for sniping targets. The Jinsoku can also do the same with their bodies; using taijutsu at high speed or "flickering" from one spot to another with very little chakra. The raw speed of the Jinsoku is difficult to describe, simply because it's Chakra nature has never been allowed examination. Skilled users of the affinity can appear to teleport without so much as a movement. And sonic booms are frequently used to disorient masses of enemies or projectiles, using the air pressure to their advantage.

The Swift Release ability is believed to come from a Wind and Lightning Affiliation; combining electricity in the body to heighten reflexes, and using Wind Release to propel the body. Although this is pure speculation; the clan has never given information on its Kekkei Genkai. Even if a Jinsoku doesn't have both elements, as long as they posses on they may inherit the Swift Release. Speculations on how they utilize Swift Release range from muscular and bone mutations that promote a more resilient body, or its simply the use of Swift Release.

Finally, Swift Release can also be used to slow the speed of objects, as long as they are not coated in chakra, or created by chakra. This means that a Jinsoku can slow the speed of any moving object by trapping it in their own chakra, such as falling boulders, or even a kunai. This ability is used to slow themselves after acceleration.

When they step off, they'll fly forward, which allows them to striking his opponents at various angles rapidly while avoiding any opposition. This jutsu is effective against those who fight close combat using Taijutsu based only on strength.

Description:
The Jinsoku Clansmen will form the Rat and Rabbit seals, sending Swift Release chakra to their feet. When they step off, they'll fly forward, and release a high-pitched sonic boom through the battlefield, disrupting the inner ear of those within earshot, disorienting foes. The jutsu also allows clansmen to escape at high velocity as well, using the dust cloud and sound as cover. Disorients allies who are not using Swift Release at the time, unless their ears have been fortified properly. In turn the Jinsoku clansmen, as always is at risk of being intercepted by Earth Release, which will have disastrous consequences as the sonic boom and pressure wave catch up to both shinobi.

The Swift Release' origin is assumed to have come from the Jinsoku, however what led to its creation is an utter mystery to the entire world. It is one of three elements remaining in the world that has not had its chakra-origins studied.

The Jinsoku began as nomadic herders, breeding prized horses for the Daimyo, Clans and royalty. Their homeland is the Land of Lightning, and when the country was claimed after the wars, they were assimilated into the newly founded military. The Shogun at the time was unaware of their bloodline, and simply relied on the Jinsoku for their horse breeding talents.

Swift Release was revealed to the Shogun after his caravan, spooked by assassins, took off speeding towards a gorge near the sea. Jinsoku clansmen reacted immediately, sprinting up alongside and ahead of the caravan; using air pressure to divert the horses and turn the caravan away from the gorge.

To date the Jinsoku continue their culture; travelling throughout the continent with their horses, and congregating in the Lightning Country at the start of each season. When battle threatens the nation, they are the first who are called upon to send word to Kumogakure's allies. Some Jinsoku are still the Raikage's trusted assassins and scouts.

Drawbacks: Despite their bloodline, the human body is still afflicted with the effects of high-speed movement. Taijutsu with Swift Release can be undeniably powerful, however the body runs the risk of shattering limbs on contact if the enemy blocks with an Earth or Steel Release. Furthermore, the Jinsoku appear to only be able to move in straight lines when using Swift Release, although mild turning ability has been noted--but only to a small degree.

When traveling at high speed, an animal or person could easily cross paths and kill one another instantaneously. Earth Release is exceptionally potent against the Jinsoku, especially when Mud Flow techniques are involved.

Attempts to turn at high speed often results in tunnel vision, or a full black out; leading to a dramatic and severe crash that could leave the clan member in intensive care.

Think of them as peregrine falcons, their movement is perfectly straight. So in order to turn, they need to prepare in advance, and make wide arcs to manuever.

Academy Students - Can not use the Bloodline due to their rather young age and the fact that their body is not enough developed.

Genin [D/C-Rank] - Can move at the speed of body flicker, but they can only slow items which are not larger than a regular katana.

Chuunin [B-Rank] - Can move at the speed of flicker and slow down items which are large as a 2 meter tall boulder. Can not slow down living creatures.

Jounin [A-Rank] - Same as above. By adding B-Ranked amount of chakra they can move faster than the speed of flicker, and they can slow down living creatures by adding A-Ranked amount of chakra. This effect them for 3 posts.

Kage/ANBU/Akatsuki [S-Ranked] - Same as above. By adding A-Ranked amount of chakra they become fast as someone with all 8-Gates, even the Sharingan at its highest can not track them. But, if they touch anything at this speed, their bones will brake apart.
