Hikaru is a very strong, "ripped" person. He constantly trains, and builds his muscles seeing as he is known for his using of his large swords. As far as his facial features go, they are in the second picture. He has spiky, blonde hair that looks bleach-blonde or white in some lights. He wears a short-sleeved, blue pinstriped shirt with a zip-up collar. While his right arm is bare (showing his calmly toned tanned white skin) from his shoulder to his elbow, then being covered by a black, sleeve like armband, his left arm has a black shoulder piece, attached to an over sized, ruffly sleeve that covers his arm. Attached to the shoulder piece is a silver wolf buckle that bites onto a strap that wraps around his body to hold it in place. Strapped around his legs is a roomy, kimono-like bottom. His most recent weight that was taken, Hikaru weighed in at 176 pounds, and stands at 5"11 (five feet, eleven inches). His feet are protected by black, standard ninja sandals.

Personality: Hikaru is a very serious person, inside and out of battle. He doesn't take anything lightly, as in the ways of jokes or sarcastic remarks. Even if he was fighting a genin, he never, ever underestimates an unknown opponent, and even if he has fought them before he will never expect an easy win. Hikaru is someone who id very strict, and also strictly lives by the shinobi way. He believes everything should be completed in the way of the ninja, even if it goes against his own personal beliefs. Because all of the rules he follows, he shows no remorse and little emotion. He never shows anger, depression, or any other emotion most of the time, though he really does feel these inside. His trust is the hardest thing to earn, even if he says he trusts someone he never really means it. All his regards go to the Raikage, though he often doesn't trust and has doubts about his village's leader. He is always on his feet, if he heres the slightest sound he will attack the area or quickly scan his surroundings. Same goes for his respect, though he always gives it to his elders. Anyone else, they must earn it by fighting him or showing tremendous skill in the ninja arts, this often ears his respect without effort if he views you abilities.

Alignment: Emotionless, some people wonder if he is even human. WHICH he deeply ignores though he feels emotion inside, he doesn't exert it in anyway. Most believe this is very unhealthy, keeping everything bottled up, but Hikaru has been living this way since his first minutes as a genin.
Goals: Hikaru has never told anyone this, but his true goal is to unite all the nations, minor or major, bringing a hippies dream as "world peace" to life. This is his one and only goal, which he won't start until he reaches the rank of Kage.
