Jutsu Limits

OKAY! The reasoning behind this is straight forward. Your character can only have a certain number of techniques. This number is based upon two stats; wisdom and intelligence.

Intelligence
0 = +5
1 = +10
2 = +15
3 = +20
4 = +25
5 = +30

Wisdom

0 = +0
1 = +5
2 = +10
3 = +15
4 = +20
5 = +25

So, maximum, being 5 in both wisdom and intelligence yields one to have up to 55 techniques. This doesn't of course include the techniques that are 'free'. Free ones are the E-ranked academy nin tech, developmental techniques, and the techniques that are awarded via event or Bijuu.
