The Kedouin clan’s kekkei genkai literally mean change. Kedouin clan members possess the innate ability to take on the appearance of others, a copy so good that even a person’s family members wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Scientifically, this ability can be traced all the way down to the genetics of the Kedouin clan. If someone were to look at the DNA structure of a clan member they would find that the nucleotides are not bound as tightly as a standard human DNA strand making them accessible to transition and replacement. On top of that the chakra of Kedouin clan members is highly receptive, meaning that it is able to feel the chakra of people that it comes in contact with. These two properties combined allow a member of the clan to literally copy another person. Should a clan member wish it, when they come in contact with another person their own DNA will replicate that of the person and their chakra will copy the signature of the other person’s chakra, in both appearance and feel (this includes the clothes the person is wearing). This allows them to make take on the form of the person so well that their own family member wouldn’t be able to tell(meaning it includes sight,sound,smell,feel...). On top of that it is undetectable to sensory-type jutsu/kekkei genkai like Sharingan or the senses of ninken. However, they cannot copy techniques, elemental affinity, or other kekkei genkai.

Though this is a natural ability of the clan it takes time to be able to control the ability, if used prior to learning it completely the consequences of shifting their DNA could lead to death. However over time a member of the clan learns to transform affectively and with little chakra expenditure:

At Genin, it takes a C-rank jutsu worth of chakra to transform into another person, who they must come in contact with. As a genin has yet to master chakra control they can only maintain this shape for up to 50 posts or until they are rendered unconscious(falling asleep or getting knocked out), whichever comes first. The transition takes 1 post to occur.

At Chuunin, it still takes a C-rank jutsu worth of chakra but the clan member can now last in the shape of another person for up to 100 posts, not ending when they are knocked out or fall asleep. Now that the they have learned to control their chakra and their DNA much better a member of the clan is able to store the DNA and chakra signature of 1 individual to be used later, not requiring that they come in contact with the person whenever they choose to shift into them, affectively this is another shape they can take on whenever they choose. At any time they can choose to replace the DNA signature with another person as long as they come in contact with the new person.

At Jonin it still takes a C-rank jutsu worth of chakra to transform into another person and their time limit for maintaining the form is now 200. On top of that they are now able to keep the DNA and chakra signature of 3 individuals floating around within their own body for whenever they choose to use those forms, which they can shift into in an instant.

At Kage/Sannin/S-rank it still takes a C-rank jutsu worth of chakra to transform. A member of the clan is now able to maintain 5 DNA and chakra signatures within their own body. At this level a clan member still has a limit of 200posts to maintain the form, however at the end of the 200 posts if they choose they can apply another C-rank jutsu worth of chakra and the form will maintain for another week.. As a note having these 5 ‘signatures’ does not mean they are stuck with those 5 people. Whenever a member of the clan comes in contact with another person they can take their form, they don’t necessarily have to store it within their own DNA either.

A second part to this clan, when(and if) a member attains the highest rank they can become near immortal by switching to the forms of younger people.

Descriptions: This is a special genjutsu created by kunoichi of the Kedoiun clan to help them get information out of their targets. Through the use of this genjutsu the user makes themselves appear more attractive by making their target see them as possessing those qualities they find arousing. This however does not change the gender of the user in the target’s mind; so men using this jutsu on other men will still appear to be a man, but their features will lean more towards what the target would see as gorgeous and strong in another man. At C-rank the user must make eye-contact with their target, as soon as they do the target first notices the user’s looks and how appealing they are. At B-rank this jutsu works upon everyone in eye-sight of the user (everyone who sees the user), but this brings terrible risks. Because it acts on the target every person would perceive the user differently depending on what they find arousing, so if two people were to talk about the user they would have completely different descriptions. Due to this the genjutsu is very rarely used in that capacity and is more often than not used when few people are around.

History: Prior to the Great Shinobi War there is no reference to this clan’s existence, in fact this clan has no written record so members themselves are unaware of their own history before that point. It was during the that time that the clan made its first appearance as assassins and spies. Their kekkei genkai made them uniquely capable of gaining entry into a number of places that most ninja were unable to go. It is said in the clan’s spoken history that a member of the clan served as a body double, quite literally, for the Hokage at the time and subverted an assassination attempt.

The great success rate of Kedouin shinobi lead to a high price placed on their heads. Members quickly began to vanish of the next 50 years as the clan was slowly hunted to extinction in order to prevent their abilities from giving Konohagakure any upper hand in subterfuge and espionage. Though it is unclear, some bed time stories tell of members who took on the role of their assassins and lived the rest of their lives as other people in order to prevent being murdered. At the end of those 50 years following the Great Shinobi War there were no more than 10 living members of the clan, almost half of which were children. In order to prevent the death of the entire clan they chose to flee into the Land of Fire, thus removing their families from the constant threat of death. For next three generations, roughly 150 years only 1 or 2 family members would be sent to the academy under an assumed name in order to receive training only to return to the wilderness once their training was complete. When the threat of death no longer loomed over the family, which now numbered 4 people, the clan leader Kaisen Ayumu returned to the village to offer his services to the Hokage in return for safe passage for his family to return to Konohagakure no sato. It had been nearly 150 years since the last member of the Kedouin clan had offered their services and so the Hokage promised them safe passage back to the village, a promise that he was unable to keep in the future. Ayumu brought his family back to Konohagakure and they lived there peacefully, only producing one or two children per generation. Three generations of breeding between cousins had lead to an increase in the clans abilities, but it had also lead to a weakening of the genetic stability if its members. This weakening was responsible for the high neonatal death rate and small numbers of the clan.
The clan currently has only one known member, I say ‘known’ since it is not known if there are any members who managed to survive and have children since the time of the Great Shinobi Wars.

I am well aware of the filler clan in Konoha that this comes from.

Clan members are able to sense when an individual they have copied is within 20 meters of them. This ability includes those DNA and chakra signature has been stored within their own DNA. So at genin they can sense the person they have copied, at chuunin they can sense the person they copied and the one they have stored, at jonin they can sense the person they have copied and the three they have stored, and continued for Kage/Sannin/S-rank. A second part to this clan, when(and if) a member attains the highest rank they can become near immortal by switching to the forms of younger people.

Please remove this part. I can allow this ability for you and you only, however the first bijuu has a version of this same scale of ability, and for you to supersede that with this clan is... sketchy. The chakra eyes is also un-necessary because chakra sensory comes with stats.
