Alright, this is a bit different. Instead of fixed stats for skills, they will be 'tiered' off into levels based on your character. Your options are:
Ninjutsu -
Taijutsu -
Genjutsu -
Weapon Mastery - Look here for explanation on how it works
Fuuinjutsu -
Medical Ninjutsu-
You can pick 4 of the 6 for your character, and rank them 1-4, you are then allowed rank according to chart below. The first one will thus, be the one you are best at, while the ones you aren't as good at will be weaker in rank.
Genin/C-rank:
1. C
2. D
3. E
4. E
Chuunin/B-rank:
1. B
2. C
3. D
4. E
Jounin/A-rank:
1. A
2. B
3. C
4. D
S-rank:
1. S
