General Rules v1.0

Welcome to Shinobi Confontation. Here we strive to create a safe and fun enviornment for the Roleplay in a Naruto based community. Please take a second and look over the general rules, many of which are common sense, and if everyone practices and upholds these rules, we can uphold the quality of the site! Here are important rules that everyone should be made aware of! It if your responsibility to know and uphold the rules; little to no leniency will be given for failing to know them, as ignorance is never an excuse. (Life lesson there. I didn't know I couldn't drink AND drive but the cop that pulled me over didn't listen... *sob*)

#1 Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated.

#2 Rule: Treat staff slightly better then that, cause they can ban you.

#3 Rule: Templates were made for a reason, PLEASE use them whenever possible.

#4 Rule: Have fun and enjoy yourself in whatever you do!

#5 Rule: Everything else.

Multiple Posts- One is allowed to make multiple posts in the same area, but only in one of them can they be engaged in a battle. Before one can move from one area to the next, however, one must end all topics they are in. Don't make to many topics at once unless you plan on staying awhile!

Please put your accepted character's link into your signature. The Staff automatically edits any changes and updates to your character when you make them, so instead of having to FIND your application, if it was in you signature, then it would be so much easier. If you do not put your character's link in your signature, then we will be unable to update them, and you will be unable to receive points for all the work that you put in.

Anytime that a technique is used, please site the move, you dont have to completely copy and paste the description, but at least the name of the technique(s).

In the event that your character is killed while other posts are going on, the unended posts will be voided. One cannot use information,weapons, jutsu, etc., obtained or gained in unfinished posts until the posts are completed and the object added to ones application via staff approval.

General Rules

- Appropriate Name: Here we do not restrict your 'user name' and you can thus be called basically anything you like. But please reframe from vulger, or inappropraite names. If a member of the staff believes that your name is offensive, you will be PM'd and given the oppertunity to change it. If it isn't changed, then your account will be banned.
- Appropriate Language: This IS the shinobi world, and we understand that not everyone says 'dang' and 'shoot' instead of curse words. While cursing is allowed, please use them in the right context. Cursing in in the General Chat area or the C-box is frowned upon. If you are asked not to curse, please discontinue. Otherwise you may be banned for an undetermined amount of time.
- Polite Discussion: There will always be heated discussions and disputes, but this isn't a reason to be offensive or rude. If you are asked to discontinue an arguement, please do so. To solve a dispute, it is probably best to seek out a Staff member to access the situation accordingly.
- Account Singularity: While you are allowed multiple characters in which to roleplay, it is asked that you only have a single account. Those with multiple accounts will be PM'd, and the later deleted. Repeat offenders may be banned.
- Account Security: Please keep the details to your account, specifically your password, to yourself. Sharing of passwords can be dangerous. Staff will never ask for your password.
- No Impersonating: Please do not pretend or claim to be another individual.
- No Inappropriate Images/Links: You do have the ability to place links and images in many different areas in the site, but please keep them tastefull.

C-box Rules

- No Flaming/Trolling: Trolling or Flaming are forms of bullying. If you are offensive and rude to other in the c-box, you are most likely breaking this rule. If a Staff Member asks you to stop, please do so. If you continue, you are subject to kicking or banning.
- No Advertising: Unless with the premission of a staff member, Advertising is not allowed in the C-box. Links to sites such as Youtube or Photobucket are alright, but broadcasting your own site or product is not. There is an area in the site for that.
- No Crazy Fonts: Please dont use different fonts, bolds, sizing or colors that may appear as an eye-sore to those you are chatting with. If you are asked to change any aspect of your font options by a staff member, please do so.
- No Spamming: Repeated posts of the same info, or continuous typing on multiple lines is considered Spam, which is a form of trolling. I know it's easy to get excited but please reframe from doing so.
- No Images: Please dont place inapproprate images on the C-box. This includes any links that are posted that go to inappropriate material. It may be fun to prank your friends, but do it on your own time.

Staff/Member Relationship
-Please respect the wishes and requests the staff members; Even if you do not agree or their requests seem unreasonable. If you feel as though you have been told to do something that is unreasonable or wrong, please post in the 'Feedback' area and the problem will be accessed.
-The staff is meant to be proffesional and friendly. If you feel as though you have been mistreated or a staff member has been rude to you, please post in the 'Feedback' area and the problem will be accessed. Providing some sort of proof to your claim is recommended.
- If you have broken any of the rules, the judgmenet of the staff is final. On a few Rare occasions Perma-bans or IP bans will be issued to multiple or severe offenders. To avoid this, please respect with requests of staff members.
- Unless an offense is severe you should always be given a warning either in the form of a PM or via C-box. If you were punished without a warning, please post the specifics of your situation in the 'Feedback' area.

Other
-Rules are always subject to change and be added to on a moments notice. Please mind all upates.
-Ignorance is not an excuse. If you break a rule without knowing it you will still be subject to punishment. It is your responcibility to know and practice the rules of conduct during each visit to Naruto Acceleration.
