Individual Stats

-Individual stats are the stats that apply to your character and help weight your characters strengths and weaknesses against those of your opponent/target. Each stat has it's own general feel to it and by increasing one or the other you can obtain greater power as a shinobi! Bellow is an explanation of each stat and how it will generally effect your character.

Strength- Strength determines ones over all physical strength and also helps determine other factors including how much one can hold/carry with them and how much one can lift. Strength is important for those who plan on doing earth shattering damage with taijutsu, kenjutsu, or weaponry.

Weak(0)- Academy-ninja to Genin level strength. Unable to do any real damage and poor at manual labor. Hardly strong enough to wield a blade correctly or put momentum behind a kunai/shuriken throw.
Human(1)-The Strength within human scales.
Average(2)- The Strength of the average shinobi.
Strong(3)- Great at manual labor. Can apply strength to techniques for increased effect and further damage. Can carry more equipment as well.
Exceptional(4)- Powerful melee units. Those with exceptional strength can cause structural damage with their attacks and use bone crunching melee attacks. Easily carry large number of weapons, armor, equipment, etc., and carry/lift objects a few times greater than their own size.
Super-human(5)- Ridiculous strength. One can punch and crash through entire foundation of buildings. Walls will not hold these shinobi back. Physical attacks can easily be fatal and holding over scaled equipment is very possible. Can lift objects many times larger then their own size.

Speed- Speed will determine ones over all land speed and the rate in which they can attack and dodge.

Slow(0)- Academy-ninja to Genin level speed. Can't gain usable momentum through running; probably better off using other methods of transportation.
Human(1)-The Speed of an average human
Average(2)- The Speed of an average shinobi.
Fast(3)- Able to get from place to place on their own effort. Can dodge through attacks if given enough time to react.
Elite Speed(4)- Jounin level speed. Able to focus on movement to increase speed. Can easily dodge through basic attacks and get from one place to another with ease.
Super-human(5)- Incredibly fast. Able to take advantage of the slightest opening to squeeze in attacks. So able to squeeze out of otherwise overwhelming attacks. Can run from one village to the next over the course of a day.

Endurance- Endurance determines ones overall stamina, defense and ability to block and take hits.

Soft(0)- Not able to take hits, usual takes a single blow to knock out.
Human(1)-The Defense of an average human
Average(2)- The defense of the average shinobi. Able to take a few hits before falling. Knowledge of basic applied blocking techniques.
Sturdy(3)- Able to withstand multiple physical blows and take physical damage well. Can block efficiently to limit damage.
Fortified(4)- Able to take normal hits with ease and absorb impact from powerful physical attacks with advanced blocks. Can recover quickly from physical wounds.
Tank(5)- Able stand against even the most powerful of taijutsu. Blocks can counter to deal out damage awhile taking very little damage. Can almost actively recover from battle wounds.

Dexterity- This determines ones accuracy as well as hand sign speed. It also helps in close quarters dodging

Clumsy(0)- Hardly able to throw a kunai straight, hand signs are sluggish, attack speed is slow as well.
Human(1)-The Dexterity of an average human
Average(2)- The dexterity of the average shinobi. Able to throw basic items and use ranged jutsu efficiently, hand signs are memorized and done accurately. Can fight adequate in close combat.
Quick(3)- Can aim from distance and move with agility. Hand signs are done quickly and with ease. Ranged attacks always on target.
Swift(4)- Ranged attacks can be launched well while moving. Handsigns are second nature to the user. Can contort angles to launch ranged weapons and jutsu in new paths with ease. Can move in and out of close quarter situation with great agility.
Acrobatic(5)- Forms hand signs in a blur. Can accurately from 100meters away and land close quarters attacks with pin point accuracy.

Wisdom- Wisdom increases ones chakra capacity and defense, and sensory abilities.

Foolish(0)- Chakra is limited. Unable to stop chakra based attacks. Unable to shape ninjutsu techniques or sense incoming threats.
Human(1)-The Wisdom of an average human. Can use chakra.
Average(2)- The wisdom of the average shinobi. Normal chakra capacity and minimal resistance to chakra based attacks. Little sensory ability but able to control and shape chakra and elemental chakra.
Wise(3)- Greater chakra capacity. Enough understanding of chakra to form a small resistance against them. Able to sense chakra within about 35meters of the self.
Insightful(4)- Even Greater chakra efficiency. Can cut damage from chakra based attacks. Able to sense chakra within about 100 meters of the self.
Enlighten(5)- Several times larger then normal chakra capacity, Further development allows some nullification against chakra attacks. Can sense chakra up to 400meters away. Can use most techniques with ease and create more elaborate jutsu.

Intelligence- Intelligence increases ones chakra control and efficiency along with unlocks further elements.

Ignorant(0)- Little control or efficiency, no experience will elements
Human(1)- The intelligence of an average human. Can use chakra with some efficiency with hand signs and can harness a single element.
Average(2)- The intelligence of the average shinobi. Can channel chakra through focus and hand signs, and can further master their element
Smart(3)- Greater chakra efficiency. Visualization becomes possible to focus chakra and they gain a second element to master
Advanced(4)- Even Greater chakra efficiency. Can cut chakra cost with mastery of techniques. Can also gain further mastery of their second element
Genius(5)- In depth understanding of chakras workings. Can reverse engineer techniques on site to understand them and use them. They can even create come to gain a third element at this level and use complex techniques with few hand seals.

How big of a difference do points values make in a battle?

In most cases, stats of the same tier don't effect each other too much. There is however a noticeable difference between each tier. A character that is 2 or more points higher in a stat in comparison with another character will have an obvious advantage in that stat. As you see there are only 5 in each, meaning that is the 'max' By creating a max, we can prevent OP and unbalanced opportunities. The amount of chakra you have to spend is as following;

C - 8
B - 13
A - 18
S - 23
Kage - 25

These stats stick with you and won't change until you are promoted, so choose them wisely! (or just invest in wisdom! Hoho Joke?)
